Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Project & Facilities Engineer to anchor the infrastructure engine of our Lagos-based FMCG operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the uptime of building systems and the precision of capital improvements success is defined by "Asset Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex engineering projects with the clinical precision required for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural Integrity. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect" with an HND/BSc and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in an FMCG environment who can blend "Technical Grit" (leading teams of technicians and troubleshooting complex systems) with the "Strategic Agility" required to drive sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Project Governance

• CAPEX Sovereignty: Manage capital improvement projects from initial planning to final execution with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Evolution."

• Infrastructural Architecture: Oversee the maintenance of complex building systems including HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted production.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and safety policies, ensuring the "Source of Operational Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Maintenance Logic

• System Sovereignty: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of physical assets, acting as the primary "Source of Systemic Optimization."

• Team Architecture: Lead and mentor a team of technicians to deliver efficient facility operations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-performance maintenance.

• Sustainability Stewardship: Implement sustainable and cost-effective facility strategies, maintaining the "Source of Environmental and Fiscal Responsibility."

3. Operational Integrity & Reliability Power

• Reliability Sovereignty: Ensure the optimal performance of all plant infrastructure, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Uptime."

• Structural Architecture: Manage the integrity of the company's physical assets and structural components, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term facility health.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 10+ years of FMCG engineering expertise to resolve critical infrastructure failures in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput" in Lagos.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or BSc. in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 Years+ of verifiable experience in an FMCG environment.

• Technical Power: Deep expertise in industrial HVAC, Electrical distribution, and Structural maintenance.

• Domain Mastery: Proven track record in project management and leading technical teams.
