Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Engineering Manager to anchor the operational engine of our SWAN production facility in Plateau. In a specialized FMCG landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the purity of the process and the precision of the asset uptime success is defined by "Industrial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex maintenance programs with the clinical precision required for Food Safety (HACCP), Regulatory Compliance, and Capital Projects. This role is designed for an "Engineering Architect" with an HND/BSc and a minimum of 10 years of experience (including 3+ years in leadership) who can blend "Technical Grit" (reducing downtime through data-driven maintenance) with the "Strategic Agility" required to drive process optimization and high-performing team development.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Maintenance Governance

• Asset Sovereignty: Lead engineering and maintenance operations to ensure 100% asset reliability and plant efficiency, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Uptime."

• Maintenance Architecture: Drive comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for minimized production interruptions.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with food safety (HACCP) and regulatory standards, ensuring the "Source of Product Quality" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Project Logic

• Project Sovereignty: Manage and execute capital projects (CAPEX) from conception to commissioning, acting as the primary "Source of Facility Evolution."

• Optimization Architecture: Leverage operational data to identify productivity gaps and drive process optimization, providing the "Functional Foundation" for reduced operational waste.

• Downtime Stewardship: Implement high-speed fault diagnosis and resolution protocols, maintaining the "Source of Manufacturing Velocity."

3. Operational Integrity & Team Power

• Human Sovereignty: Develop and mentor a high-performing engineering team, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Talent."

• Safety Architecture: Maintain a safe working environment through rigorous adherence to industrial safety and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) protocols, providing the "Relational Foundation" for personnel protection.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 10+ years of food manufacturing expertise to resolve complex plant failures in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput" in Plateau.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or BSc. equivalent in Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 Years in engineering and maintenance roles.

• Leadership Power: At least 3 years in a senior leadership or management position.

• Sector Mastery: Proven experience within FMCG or Food Manufacturing environments.
