We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Create detailed architectural working/shop drawings using the required software (SketchUp, CAD, Revit).
• Outline & manage project schedule & timelines under the supervision of the project manager.
• On-site supervision of trade contractors & artisans until project completion and final handover.
• Manage vendor offsite production activity with weekly/bi-weekly check-ins to ensure deliverable is in accordance with design and within timeline. 

Requirements:

• Ability to translate concepts into functional construction drawings.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills 
• Must be proficient in the use of design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc – to Attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks
• Curious and ability to learn and implement solutions 
• Ability to work without supervision
• Proven experience in roles requiring similar deliverables create detailed design layouts and 3D Presentations.
