Job Description:
- Plans, organizes, and oversees the production process to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Ensures efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment during production
- Develops production schedules and monitors workflow to meet deadlines
- Supervises production staff and ensures adherence to operational standards
- Maintains quality control procedures to ensure products meet company specifications
- Monitors production costs and implements measures to reduce waste and inefficiencies
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinates with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams to support production needs
- Identifies production challenges and implements continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepares production reports and updates management on performance and output.

Salary
