Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Procurement Manager to anchor the supply engine of our operations. In a specialized engineering landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the specifications of the compressor and the precision of the automotive spare part success is defined by "Technical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize global sourcing with the clinical precision required for HVAC Equipment, Refrigerants, and Automobile Components. This role is designed for a "Supply Architect" with a BA/BSc/HND and 5–8 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (defining complex engineering specs) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead RFQ/RFP cycles and manage international import logistics.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Strategic Sovereignty: Develop and implement procurement strategies for high-stakes technical materials (HVAC, Compressors, Spare Parts), acting as the primary "Source of Project Readiness."

• Specification Architecture: Collaborate with engineering and service teams to define exact requirements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for technical quality.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to procurement policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Negotiation Logic

• Negotiation Sovereignty: Lead high-level vendor negotiations on pricing, warranties, and SLAs, acting as the primary "Source of Cost Competitiveness."

• Lifecycle Architecture: Manage the end-to-end flow from requisition to delivery follow-up, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted field maintenance and installations.

• Import Stewardship: Oversee complex import processes, including documentation, duties, and logistics coordination, maintaining the "Source of Global Supply Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Inventory Power

• Inventory Sovereignty: Coordinate with stores to optimize stock levels of critical parts, acting as the primary "Source of Risk Mitigation" against stock-outs.

• Vendor Architecture: Maintain a qualified database and monitor supplier performance through improvement plans, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term reliability.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–8 years of technical procurement expertise to track market trends and pricing benchmarks, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput" in Lagos.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BA / BSc / HND in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience: 5 – 8 years of proven experience in technical procurement (HVAC/Automotive sector preferred).

• Technical Power: Deep knowledge of compressors, refrigerants, and automobile components.

• Logistics Mastery: Experience in managing import documentation and duties.
