Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and technically elite Electricians to anchor the power engine of PCCN Energy Ltd. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the uptime of the production line and the precision of the wiring success is defined by "Electrical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex installations with the clinical precision required for Fault Diagnosis, Troubleshooting, and Site Operations Support. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" with 3–5 years of hands-on experience (specifically in factory or production environments) who can blend "Execution Grit" (carrying out wiring and repairs) with the "Strategic Agility" required to read electrical drawings and ensure absolute compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Installation Governance

• Wiring Sovereignty: Carry out complex electrical installations and onsite wiring with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Power Architecture."

• Systemic Integrity: Support maintenance and repair activities to ensure the "Structural Foundation" of the production environment remains elite and uncompromised.

• Safety Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to industrial safety standards and procedures, maintaining the "Source of Operational Security."

2. Tactical Resilience & Diagnostic Logic

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Rapidly identify and troubleshoot electrical faults, acting as the primary "Source of Downtime Mitigation."

• Execution Architecture: Operate and maintain electrical tools and equipment with high-fidelity precision, providing the "Functional Foundation" for site productivity.

• Drawing Logic: Utilize the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings (added advantage) to enhance the "Relational Foundation" between engineering plans and physical execution.

3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power

• Team Sovereignty: Work collaboratively with engineers and site teams, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Synergy."

• Reliability Architecture: Maintain a disciplined and onsite presence to manage industrial challenges in real-time, providing the "Functional Foundation" for project continuity.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of factory experience to resolve electrical abnormalities quickly, maximizing the "Source of Energy Throughput" in Benin City.
