Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Facility Supervisor to anchor the infrastructure engine of our operations. In a specialized environment where institutional momentum is dictated by the uptime of the generator and the precision of the studio setup success is defined by "Infrastructure Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize mechanical/electrical maintenance with the clinical precision required for Back-to-Back Session Transitions, HVAC Governance, and Safety Compliance. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" with a B.Sc./HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5 years of hands-on experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (performing minor repairs and electrical troubleshooting) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage vendor SLAs and facility performance reports.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Engineering Governance
Technical Sovereignty: Monitor and maintain generators, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical panels with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Power and Climate Continuity."
Maintenance Architecture: Develop and maintain accurate logs and incident reports, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data-driven facility performance analysis.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring the "Source of Workplace Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Experience Logic
Transition Sovereignty: Ensure studios and rooms are cleaned, organized, and reset promptly between sessions, acting as the primary "Source of Class Readiness."
Logistics Architecture: Set up specialized equipment (audio systems, props, weights) according to instructor requirements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-quality service delivery.
Response Stewardship: Lead emergency maintenance interventions and minor mechanical/electrical repairs, maintaining the "Source of Operational Uptime."
3. Operational Integrity & Vendor Power
Service Sovereignty: Coordinate major repairs with external vendors and oversee janitorial performance, acting as the primary "Source of Facility Aesthetics and Hygiene."
Utility Architecture: Track utility usage and recommend cost-effective improvements, providing the "Relational Foundation" for sustainable expenditure management.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 5 years of engineering expertise to supervise technicians and ensure quick turnaround for back-to-back classes, maximizing the "Source of Facility Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND/BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance or engineering operations.
Technical Power: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical/electrical systems; ability to perform minor repairs.
Leadership Edge: Proven experience supervising technicians, janitorial teams, or craft workers.
