Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and clinically elite Registered Pharmacist to anchor the care-advisory engine of Aman HMO. In the specialized landscape of health maintenance organizations, success is defined by "Clinical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize pharmaceutical expertise with the clinical precision required for Utilization Review, Medication Therapy Management, and Provider Relations. This role is designed for a "Care Architect" who can blend "Clinical Grit" (reviewing complex drug authorizations) with the "Strategic Agility" required to provide expert guidance to enrollees and healthcare providers in Abuja.
Requirements:
1. Advisory Orchestration & Utilization Governance
Care Sovereignty: Provide expert clinical guidance on medication therapy and HMO benefits with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Patient Advocacy."
Review Architecture: Execute clinical reviews for drug authorizations and specialty medications, providing the "Structural Foundation" for cost-effective and safe care.
Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all pharmaceutical advice adheres to national health regulations and Aman HMO internal policies, ensuring the "Source of Clinical Integrity" is elite.
2. Tactical Resilience & Pharmacotherapy Logic
Intervention Sovereignty: Identify and resolve potential drug-drug interactions or therapeutic duplications, acting as the primary "Source of Patient Safety."
Guideline Architecture: Interpret and apply evidence-based clinical guidelines to everyday care decisions, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for superior medical outcomes.
Provider Stewardship: Maintain strong professional relationships with network pharmacies and hospitals, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Trust."
3. Performance Integrity & Strategic Power
Metric Sovereignty: Monitor and report on drug utilization trends and clinical outcomes, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Insights."
Information Architecture: Stay updated on emerging pharmacotherapies and Abuja’s pharmaceutical market dynamics, providing the "Visual Foundation" for expert-level advisory.
Velocity Logic: Utilize your Pharmaceutical expertise to streamline the clinical authorization cycle, maximizing the "Source of Service Efficiency" for enrollees.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or PharmD from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Must be a Registered Pharmacist with a current, valid license to practice in Nigeria.
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Abuja.
