Job Description:
- Manage and maintain the Chairman’s schedule and appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing agendas.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls on behalf of the MD.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman
- Read and interpreted financial statements.
- Advice on financial decisions
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Any other assignment.
