Job Description:

• Lead People & Culture initiatives including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Oversee daily operational and administrative functions across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, HRIS).
• Handle payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Lead and manage Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee growth and continuous improvement.
• Leverage technology to streamline HR and operational processes — including workflow automation, report generation, and systems optimization.
• Analyze people and operations data to inform strategic decisions and culture-building efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance communication, collaboration, and employee experience.

Requirements:

• Strong IT literacy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Excel/Google Sheets, and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working in or leading within a tech startup or fast-paced organization.
• Professional qualification such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM is an added advantage.
