Job Description:
- Advise clients or internal stakeholders on people and workforce strategy aligned to business goals.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Contribute to talent management, performance management, and leadership development solutions.
- Review and improve HR policies, processes, and operating models.
- Use people data and analytics to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Support client engagement, workshops, and project delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, organizational design, and talent practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional HR certification and postgraduate degree are advantages.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
