Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Officer to serve as the functional engine of our organization. This is a mid-level role (2–3 years experience) designed for an "Efficiency Architect"—someone who can look at a complex business process, identify the bottlenecks, and implement the solutions that keep departments synchronized.
Your mission is to oversee daily operational activities, ensuring that productivity remains high and overhead remains low. You will be responsible for translating company strategy into executable policies, monitoring budgets, and ensuring that every internal team is aligned for seamless service delivery. Requirements:
1. Process Engineering & Efficiency
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities to ensure maximum productivity across all departments.
Policy Architecture: Develop, implement, and monitor operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize quality and output.
Workflow Coordination: Act as the central nervous system for internal teams, ensuring smooth information flow and removing barriers to service delivery.
2. Financial Stewardship & Reporting
Budget Governance: Monitor departmental budgets and track daily/monthly expenses to ensure fiscal discipline.
Operational Analytics: Prepare comprehensive operational reports that provide leadership with clear insights into performance trends and resource utilization.
Resource Optimization: Identify areas where operational costs can be reduced without compromising service quality.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all business functions comply with both internal company policies and external regulatory requirements.
Quality Control: Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets established benchmarks and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in operations, administration, or a supervisory role.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a heavy emphasis on Excel for data tracking and PowerPoint for reporting.
Core Competencies
Analytical Capability: Strong understanding of business functions and the ability to interpret operational data.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across diverse internal teams.
