Job Description:

Mobo’s Fashion is seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the seamless execution of daily activities across all our retail locations. This role is the backbone of our business, responsible for bridging the gap between warehouse logistics and front-end store performance. You will be tasked with optimizing supply chain processes, enforcing strict SOPs, managing vendor relationships, and leading a high-performing operations team. The ideal candidate is a retail veteran who can transform operational data into growth strategies while maintaining the premium brand standards that define Mobo’s Fashion.

Requirements:

1. Multi-Store Operations & Policy Governance

• Daily Coordination: Synchronize daily operations across all Mobo’s Fashion outlets to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.

• SOP Enforcement: Ensure 100% adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, conducting regular audits of store activities.

• Facility & Mall Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for mall management and facility providers to ensure store maintenance and infrastructure meet premium standards.

2. Inventory, Warehouse & Supply Chain

• End-to-End Stock Management: Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, including warehouse intake, inter-store stock transfers, and timely replenishment.

• Logistics & Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.

• Loss Prevention: Implement and monitor rigorous shrinkage-control strategies and operational cost-saving measures.

3. Performance Leadership & Process Optimization

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations and retail staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

• Data-Driven Strategy: Align operational activities with sales objectives to improve stock turnover and overall store productivity.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency across all departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Retail Management, or Supply Chain.

• Proven Tenure: 3 – 6+ years of experience in retail operations (direct experience in fashion retail is a significant advantage).

• Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and supervising multi-unit locations.

Technical & Core Competencies

• Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in POS systems, CRM software, and inventory management tools (Excel/Google Sheets mastery is required).

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret operational data and produce actionable weekly/monthly reports.

• Retail Acumen: Deep knowledge of warehouse coordination, logistics, and vendor management.

• Agility: Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
