Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager to lead and synchronize our outlet operations. This is a strategic leadership role designed for a professional who can balance the complexities of multi-site oversight with a rigorous focus on financial accountability and expansion. You will be responsible for ensuring that every outlet operates with consistent quality and peak efficiency, while spearheading the successful launch of new locations.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who excels at translating high-level targets into standardized operational excellence across the board.

Requirements:

Multi-Outlet Strategy & Expansion

  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate and supervise all outlet activities to ensure consistent quality and service delivery across the network.

  • Expansion Leadership: Manage the end-to-end development, setup, and successful launch of new outlets to drive brand growth.

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement standardized workflows to enhance efficiency and coordination across all locations.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Budget Accountability: Direct budget management and cost-control initiatives to ensure financial health and maximize profitability.

  • Sales Growth: Take full responsibility for the achievement of sales and performance targets across all outlets.

  • Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate operational, financial, and performance reports to senior management.

Compliance & Resource Control

  • Inventory Integrity: Oversee stock control measures, ensuring strict bin card compliance and minimizing shrinkage.

  • Quality & Standards: Enforce rigorous quality control and compliance with operational and safety standards.

  • Staff Leadership: Supervise outlet teams, fostering a culture of accountability, peak performance, and high-level customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven track record in multi-outlet management, operations, or a similar senior supervisory role.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and project future growth.

  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and manage staff performance across multiple locations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management systems, bin card compliance, and operational reporting tools.

  • Attributes: High level of integrity, strong problem-solving skills, and the resilience to work in a fast-paced expansion environment.

Salary

N400,000 - N600,000 per month.
