Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. As the face of the organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the first impressions of our brand by providing exceptional service and maintaining an organized, high-standard reception area.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can seamlessly balance reception duties with essential administrative support, ensuring that every inquiry is handled with efficiency and every visitor feels valued.
Requirements:
Reception & Visitor Management
First Impressions: Greet and welcome all visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a premium arrival experience.
Call Coordination: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel or departments.
Front Office Standards: Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, presentable, and reflective of our corporate standards.
Visitor Security: Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with company security protocols.
Communication & Correspondence
Information Hub: Provide basic information to clients regarding our services and direct them to the correct departments.
Logistics Support: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, official letters, and packages.
Internal Liaison: Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and message delivery.
Administrative Support
Document Management: Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and meticulous document management.
Office Efficiency: Assist in maintaining an organized workflow by handling diverse clerical tasks as required by the management team.
