Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of our fashion house.
• This key role will ensure that all departments operate efficiently and effectively, aligning with our overall business goals.
• The Operations Manager will report directly to the brand owner and play a critical role in staff management, procurement, and general business oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Oversight: Manage and coordinate all departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Procurement and Resource Management: Oversee the procurement process and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
• Staff Management and Development: Lead, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance and morale.
• General Business Administration: Handle daily administrative tasks to support business functions.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing Background: Previous work experience in mass garment manufacturing is required.
• Fashion Experience: At least one year of experience working in the fashion industry, specifically with menswear production/design.
• Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry Experience: Experience in production processes (sewing, patternmaking, cutting, fabric procurement) is essential.
