Job Description:

Are you outspoken, energetic, and ready to kickstart your career? We are looking for Field Sourcing Officers to join our recruitment team in Mowe. In this role, you won't be sitting behind a desk; you will be the face of our company on the ground, identifying and engaging the essential workforce that keeps our logistics operations moving.

This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required. We will teach you the art of recruitment, communication, and talent identification. If you are a "people person" who knows how to strike up a conversation and meet goals, this is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow.

Requirements:

1. Talent Identification & Engagement

• Field Prospecting: Actively identify potential loaders and operational staff within assigned locations in Mowe.

• Direct Outreach: Approach and engage candidates in a professional and friendly manner to spark interest in our open roles.

• Role Advocacy: Clearly explain job responsibilities, pay structures, and requirements to ensure candidates have the right expectations.

2. Screening & Pipeline Management

• Basic Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet the physical and professional requirements for operational work.

• Data Tracking: Maintain simple and accurate records of every candidate you speak with to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.

• Target Achievement: Work consistently to meet daily and weekly sourcing targets to keep our warehouses and sites fully staffed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Who You Are

• Education: Minimum of an OND. We also welcome SSCE holders who are exceptionally confident, sharp, and outspoken.

• Experience: None required. We provide the training; you provide the energy!

• Location: Must reside in Mowe, Ogun State (and have good knowledge of the local environment).
