Job Description:
- Manage supply chain, production, and logistics
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
- Collaborate with retail, sales, and marketing teams
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and training
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems and fashion supply chain
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of operations experience (fashion/retail experience is a plus)
Salary
