Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Operations Manager to anchor the daily engine of ZIDA. In the dynamic landscape of educational and training institutions, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex administrative processes with the clinical precision required for Resource Allocation, Workflow Optimization, and Strategic Execution. This role is designed for an "Ecosystem Architect" with 5–7 years of experience who can blend "Systemic Grit" (monitoring KPIs and budgeting) with the "Leadership Agility" required to mentor cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

1. Process Orchestration & Workflow Governance

  • Policy Sovereignty: Develop and monitor operational procedures and policies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Consistency."

  • Workflow Architecture: Coordinate across departments to streamline internal processes, providing the "Structural Foundation" for enhanced productivity.

  • Standard Stewardship: Ensure total compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, maintaining the "Source of Organizational Integrity."

2. Performance Resilience & Resource Logic

  • Metric Sovereignty: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate operational dossiers for management, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Led Visibility."

  • Resource Architecture: Oversee high-fidelity scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in daily operational needs.

  • Solution Stewardship: Identify bottlenecks and implement high-impact operational solutions, providing the "Source of Continuous Improvement."

3. Leadership Integrity & Strategic Power

  • Culture Sovereignty: Lead and mentor operational staff to foster elite performance, acting as the primary "Source of Human Capital Excellence."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is a strategic advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in operations management or a similar professional role.

  • Industry Context: Proven track record in an educational or training institution is highly advantageous.
