Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Scrum Master to anchor the delivery engine of our organization in Lagos. In the hyper-competitive Nigerian tech landscape, success is defined by "Agile Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize team dynamics with the clinical precision required for Sprint Execution, Impediment Removal, and Continuous Improvement. This role is designed for a "Flow Architect" who can blend "Servant-Leadership Grit" (coaching self-organizing teams) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Jira, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD lifecycles.

Requirements:

1. Framework Orchestration & Ritual Governance

• Ceremony Sovereignty: Lead and optimize Scrum rituals (Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring every session acts as a "Source of Team Alignment."

• Ritual Architecture: Design high-fidelity sprint backlogs with millimetric focus on Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD), acting as the primary "Source of Execution Clarity."

• Facilitation Stewardship: Foster a culture of transparency and inspection, providing the "Cultural Foundation" for iterative success.

2. Flow Resilience & Impediment Logic

• Removal Sovereignty: Identify and eliminate blockers with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Team Unlocking."

• Flow Architecture: Manage team capacity and sprint velocity, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the transition from backlog item to shippable increment.

• Shielding Stewardship: Protect the team from outside interruptions and "Scope Creep," maintaining the "Source of Deep Work Concentration."

3. Performance Integrity & Coaching Power

• Metrics Sovereignty: Analyze and report on Cycle Time, Lead Time, and Throughput, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for predictable delivery.

• Coaching Architecture: Mentor Product Owners and Developers on Agile values and principles, utilizing Scrum Master expertise to optimize the "Source of Team Maturity."

• Evolution Logic: Drive a relentless focus on "Kaizen" (Continuous Improvement), utilizing retrospective insights to optimize the "Source of Operational Excellence."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven track record as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally within a fast-paced software development environment.

• Certification: Mandatory CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or equivalent Agile credentials.

• Tooling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile Management tools.
