Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite HR and Administration Head to anchor the talent and regulatory engine of our organization. In the industrial and commercial corridor of Berger/Opic-Isheri, success is defined by "Human Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex personnel needs with the clinical precision required for Statutory Compliance (Pension, Tax, Ministry of Labour), Personnel Record Integrity, and Quality Management Systems (QMS/FSSC 22000). This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 10+ years of experience and professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) who can blend "Regulatory Grit" (handling audits and labor laws) with the "Strategic Agility" required to develop departmental goals and onboarding frameworks.
Requirements:
1. Governance Orchestration & Regulatory Stewardship
Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure absolute adherence to Nigerian Labour Laws and regulations, acting as the primary "Source of Legal Security."
Representation Architecture: Serve as the organization’s high-fidelity representative when dealing with pension, tax, and labor bodies, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in statutory reporting.
Risk Logic: Liaise with legal advisors to mitigate employment-related risks, providing the "Strategic Foundation" for organizational stability.
2. Operational Resilience & Talent Logic
Lifecycle Sovereignty: Plan and control all HR activities, from publishing job ads to managing employment contracts and PTO requests with millimetric focus.
Onboarding Architecture: Develop high-impact training and onboarding materials, acting as the primary "Source of Employee Integration."
Metric Stewardship: Prepare and present high-fidelity reports on HR metrics (e.g., departmental hire rates), providing the "Analytical Foundation" for management decisions.
3. Quality Management & Administrative Power
Standards Sovereignty: Maintain basic understanding and oversight of QMS and FSSC 22000 requirements, ensuring "Source of Service/Product Conformity."
Database Architecture: Update internal databases with new hire information and maintain pristine physical/digital records, optimizing the "Source of Data Accuracy."
Communication Logic: Foster fair and transparent dialogue between management and employees, utilizing 10+ years of expertise to maximize the "Source of Industrial Harmony."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or Psychology. An MBA or M.Sc. is a strategic advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Certification: Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD) is strongly preferred.
Core Competencies
