Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and results-driven Open Market Sales Representative to anchor our sales engine. In the hyper-competitive open-market landscape, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive prospecting with the clinical precision required for route coverage, trade relationships, and merchandising dominance. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect" with an OND and 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (mapping markets and opening new outlets) with the "Strategic Agility" required to meet daily volume targets and expand market share.
Requirements:
1. Penetration Orchestration & Sales Governance
Execution Sovereignty: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with clinical focus, ensuring every transaction acts as a "Source of Revenue" for the organization.
Prospecting Architecture: Identify and register new outlets across markets, kiosks, and mini-marts, acting as the primary "Source of Growth" in assigned clusters.
Volume Stewardship: Actively sell to wholesalers, retailers, and sub-distributors, ensuring the "Economic Velocity" of the brand is maintained throughout the trade chain.
2. Route Resilience & Territory Logic
Coverage Sovereignty: Execute planned market route coverage with millimetric precision, ensuring a daily presence that acts as a "Source of Trust" for trade partners.
Mapping Architecture: Conduct comprehensive market mapping to establish a robust customer database, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for territory expansion.
Relationship Diplomacy: Build long-term loyalty with market vendors and retailers, educating them on product benefits and promotions to ensure "Repeat Purchase Momentum."
3. Visibility Integrity & Reporting Power
Merchandising Sovereignty: Ensure proper product display and pricing in the open market, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Dominance" at the point of purchase.
Data Architecture: Submit accurate daily sales reports and customer account updates with high-velocity focus, maintaining the "Source of Truth" for management.
Compliance Logic: Ensure strict adherence to company sales, cash handling, and operational procedures, maintaining the "Source of Integrity" in all field transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an OND qualification.
Experience: 3–5 years of robust experience in open market sales, field marketing, or FMCG distribution.
Market Intelligence: Deep understanding of open-market clusters, route-to-market strategies, and trade dynamics.
Core Competencies
