Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Regional Sales Manager (SDA) to anchor our Eastern engine in Anambra. In the competitive Small Domestic Appliance and Electronics landscape, success is defined by "Regional Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive sales targets with the clinical precision required for route distribution, wholesaler liquidity, and stock optimization. This role is designed for a "Distribution Architect" with 4 years of robust experience in SDA or TV sales who can blend "Field Grit" (daily mobile distribution and debt collection) with the "Analytical Agility" required to track distributor stock levels and update customer intelligence cards.

Requirements:

1. Distribution Orchestration & Sales Governance

  • Target Sovereignty: Carry total responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, ensuring every transaction acts as a "Source of Revenue" for the region.

  • Mobile Distribution Architecture: Execute the daily distribution of SDA/Mobile units from the branch to wholesalers and dealers, maintaining the "Economic Velocity" of specified routes.

  • Liquidity Stewardship: Manage the collection of outstanding balances from dealers and wholesalers with professional poise, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Recovery."

2. Territory Resilience & Inventory Logic

  • Stock Sovereignty: Track distributor stock levels with millimetric focus, taking clinical action to ensure "Optimum Stock Levels" and prevent market gaps.

  • Work Plan Architecture: Manage daily sales objectives and update customer special cards, ensuring every field visit is guided by a "Source of Strategic Data."

  • Product Diplomacy: Meet with distributors to promote new SDA/TV products as per ASM instructions, acting as the "Source of Growth" for new categories.

3. Stakeholder Diplomacy & Administrative Power

  • Satisfaction Sovereignty: Identify and resolve dealer/wholesaler problems in a cooperative manner, ensuring the brand remains a "Source of Customer Satisfaction."

  • Needs Architecture: Engage with customers to identify multiple needs, aiming to enhance sales through high-fidelity cross-selling and relationship management.

  • Data Logic: Perform administrative tasks including lead recording and product promotion reports, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for the Sales Supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BA/BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of robust experience specifically in the sales of Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) or TVs.

  • Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Eastern Nigerian market (Anambra and environs).
