Job Description:
SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking an experienced Onshore Preparation Team Leader to drive the maintenance strategy for the ERHA project. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end coordination, preparation, and reporting of all Preventive and Campaign Maintenance activities. You will act as the vital bridge between onshore support and offshore execution, ensuring that every operation from routine tasks to complex major equipment interventions is meticulously planned, resourced, and scheduled to achieve maximum equipment uptime and operational safety.
Requirements:
Maintenance Coordination: Lead the preparation for Preventive Maintenance and all Campaign Maintenance activities (Mono-Campaigns, FFSD, complex operations, and opportunity works).
Operational Readiness: Ensure absolute accuracy in technical preparation, including Work Pack creation, material/tool procurement, and manpower planning.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate Weekly Global Preparation Reports, tracking Work Order (WO) status, mobilization forecasts, and execution schedules. Present closure reports to Management, highlighting lessons learned and recommendations for process improvement.
Procurement Oversight: Proactively monitor procurement of critical items with long lead times to prevent job delays.
Risk & Safety Leadership: Organize and lead Job Risk Assessments, Kick-Off Meetings (RLO’s), and Pre-job meetings (ROC’s) to ensure full alignment and safety compliance.
Database Integrity: Maintain the accuracy of equipment histories in SAP. Ensure all Work Orders are technically closed post-intervention to maintain a zero-backlog environment.
Strategic Planning: Actively participate in the updating of Short, Medium, and Long-Term Maintenance Plans.
Liaison: Function as the primary interface between the Maintenance Superintendent, CSR, and offshore teams, ensuring unified planning and execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
Operational Excellence: You have a proven track record in work coordination, equipment condition analysis, and maintenance optimization.
Reporting Discipline: You are highly proficient in issuing technical dashboards, KPIs, and reports that inform management decision-making.
Technical Compliance: You ensure all repairs and modifications strictly adhere to Company rules, international technical codes, and HSE standards.
Process Improvement: You are responsible for monitoring failures/breakdowns and driving performance improvement initiatives through equipment optimization studies.
Coordination Leadership: You are the central link between the Methods, Site, and Scheduler teams, ensuring that the offshore support structure from notification to closure is robust and efficient.
