Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Mechanical Engineer to anchor the technical engine of our operations in Ikeja. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the diagnosis and the precision of the fabrication success is defined by "Mechanical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize design evaluation with the clinical precision required for Installation, Installation, and Equipment Maintenance. This role is designed for a "Mechanical Architect" who can blend "Technical Grit" (interpreting blueprints, schematics, and HAZOP requirements) with the "Project Agility" required to manage Cost Estimates, Project Schedules, and Technical Tenders.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Design Governance

• Fabrication Sovereignty: Support the design, evaluation, and installation of mechanical systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Integrity."

• Interpretive Architecture: Read and decode blueprints, technical drawings, and computer-generated reports, providing the "Structural Foundation" for precise project execution.

• Integrity Stewardship: Comply with client specifications and regulatory standards, ensuring the "Source of Company Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Diagnostic Logic

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty operations and recommend remedial actions, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Reliability."

• Schedule Architecture: Develop and maintain project timelines by monitoring progress and resolving technical hurdles, providing the "Functional Foundation" for on-time delivery.

• Fiscal Stewardship: Prepare reliable budget estimates for proposals, bids, and tenders, maintaining the "Source of Commercial Viability."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Supervisory Sovereignty: Manage technician shifts, overtime, and work activities, acting as the primary "Source of Labor Efficiency."

• Procurement Architecture: Liaise with procurement to provide technical specifications for equipment purchases, providing the "Relational Foundation" for asset acquisition.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Technical Review and HAZOP/Constructability workshops to accelerate the "Design-to-Operation" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Mechanical Throughput."
