Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Mechanical Engineer to anchor the MEP design engine for our projects in Abuja and Lagos. In a specialized construction landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the coordination and the precision of the model success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level HVAC design with the clinical precision required for Cooling Load Calculations, Plumbing Systems, and Fire Protection. This role is designed for a "Mechanical Architect", specifically a professional with 5 to 7 years of MEP experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering AutoCAD and Revit) with the "Engineering Agility" required to navigate VRF systems, Chilled Water plants, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Design Governance

• HVAC Sovereignty: Design chilled water, VRF, and ventilation systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Climate Control Logic."

• BIM Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity AutoCAD drawings and Revit models, providing the "Structural Foundation" for digital construction and clash detection.

• Integrity Stewardship: Execute precise cooling load calculations, ensuring the "Source of System Efficiency" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Systemic Logic

• Fluid Sovereignty: Lead the design of plumbing and fire protection systems, acting as the primary "Source of Life Safety and Resource Management."

• Coordination Architecture: Sync with electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines, providing the "Functional Foundation" for integrated building services.

• Site Stewardship: Provide technical support and develop shop drawings, maintaining the "Source of On-site Execution Accuracy."

3. Operational Integrity & Specialized Power

• Commercial Sovereignty: Utilize experience in Hotels and Commercial projects to meet sector-specific demands, acting as the primary "Source of Premium Infrastructure."

• BMS Architecture: Integrate Building Management Systems into mechanical designs, providing the "Relational Foundation" for automated facility control.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–7 years of MEP expertise to accelerate the "Concept-to-Commissioning" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Project Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 5 – 7 years of progressive MEP experience (4 years minimum for baseline eligibility).

• Technical Power: Elite mastery of AutoCAD and Revit for MEP applications.

• Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of HVAC (Chillers, VRF), Plumbing, and Fire Systems.

• Preferred Experience: Proven track record in Hotels or Large-scale Commercial projects.
