Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND
- At least 5 years of proven experience in estimating and project cost management with a reputable construction company.
- Proficiency in Cost management software.
- Basic knowledge of BIM and digital measurement tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge on Measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Must have NIQS Certifications.
