Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, identifying high-value business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. You will blend traditional marketing expertise with modern digital strategies to promote our products and services, ensuring the company meets its ambitious sales and growth targets.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy professional with a "closer" mindset, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to navigate the unique business landscape of the Federal Capital Territory.
Requirements:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Promotion
Campaign Execution: Develop and launch effective marketing campaigns tailored to reach target demographics in Abuja and beyond.
Product Advocacy: Actively promote the company’s products and services to increase market penetration and brand equity.
Digital Integration: Leverage social media and digital marketing channels to enhance the company’s online presence and reach.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business avenues, partnerships, and untapped market segments.
Growth Support: Directly support the organization’s sales objectives by generating a consistent pipeline of high-quality business leads.
Target Management: Work proactively to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management & Analysis
Client Retention: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with both existing and prospective customers through excellent service.
Market Reporting: Prepare detailed marketing reports and performance analyses to track the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization with a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in marketing or business development.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strategy Implementation: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that yield measurable results.
Digital Literacy: Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media promotion techniques.
Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing business deals.
