Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and professional Bank Marketer to join our team in the Ajah axis. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a talent for relationship management and a passion for financial services. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, promoting banking products, and ensuring that our customers receive tailored financial solutions that meet their needs.

The successful candidate will be the face of the bank in the local community, requiring a blend of professionalism, persuasive communication, and a deep commitment to meeting monthly targets.

Requirements:

Customer Acquisition & Sales

• Prospecting: Actively identify and reach out to potential individual and corporate clients within Ajah and its environs to open new accounts.

• Product Promotion: Market the bank's diverse range of products, including savings accounts, investment plans, and credit facilities.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to drive branch growth and profitability.

Relationship Management

• Client Retention: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.

• Financial Advisory: Provide sound financial advice to clients, helping them choose the right banking products based on their financial goals.

• Customer Support: Act as a bridge between the client and the bank's operations team to resolve any account-related issues promptly.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends within the Ajah business district.

• Documentation: Ensure all customer onboarding documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Performance Updates: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead pipelines, and customer feedback to the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) in any discipline.

• Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Persuasion: Strong negotiation and selling skills.

  • Resilience: Highly motivated and able to work independently to meet targets.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Ajah business terrain is a significant advantage.

• Attributes: Self-motivated, honest, and customer-centric.
