Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-focused Sales & Marketing Lead to spearhead our revenue generation and strategic business development initiatives. This role is designed for a high-level strategist who can bridge the gap between creative marketing and aggressive sales execution. You will be responsible for the entire commercial lifecycle—from building brand awareness and generating high-quality leads to closing complex deals and managing high-value client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a target-driven leader who understands the long-cycle nature of project-based industries and possesses the technical rigor to optimize sales pipelines using data-driven insights.

Requirements:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's long-term revenue objectives.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the activities of the sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and initiate strategic business development opportunities to enter new segments or geographical markets.

Sales Cycle & CRM Management

  • Pipeline Oversight: Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring a steady flow of prospects from initial lead generation to final contract closure.

  • Performance Tracking: Oversee the CRM system to monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and marketing ROI, using data to refine tactics.

  • Conversion Optimization: Implement frameworks to improve lead-to-deal conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.

Relationship & Partnership Management

  • Strategic Alliances: Build and maintain high-level partnerships with strategic stakeholders and institutional clients.

  • Client Retention: Foster long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Channel Coordination: Manage relationships with channel partners or brokers to expand the organization’s reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: * 4–7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.

    • Industry Advantage: Prior experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Project-based industries is highly desirable.

    • Demonstrated success in managing sales teams or coordinating channel partners.

  • Technical Skills: * Hands-on experience and proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).

    • Strong ability to analyze marketing metrics and sales data to drive decision-making.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Negotiation: Expert-level negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" while maintaining a target-driven mindset.

    • Leadership: Strong capability to inspire teams and manage cross-functional projects.

Salary

N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
