Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to lead the market expansion of our beverage portfolio. In a market where volume is king, we need a "Hunter" who can move beyond retail sales to secure large-scale institutional contracts and build dominant distribution networks.
Your mission is to position our brand as the primary supplier for hotels, schools, corporate offices, and major event planners. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from strategic market research and lead generation to high-stakes negotiation and long-term distributor relationship management. If you have 2–3 years of experience in the beverage industry and a proven track record of securing bulk supply contracts, we invite you to lead our market growth.
Requirements:
1. Institutional Sales & Bulk Distribution
Business Development: Identify and secure new high-volume business opportunities, focusing on institutional supply contracts (Hotels, Schools, Corporate HQs).
Channel Strategy: Build and optimize distribution channels to ensure our products are visible and accessible across all key market segments.
Bulk Supply Logistics: Manage the end-to-end process for bulk sales, ensuring that large-scale orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
2. Strategic Marketing & Market Intelligence
Market Positioning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans designed to increase product "top-of-mind" awareness and market share.
Competitor Monitoring: Conduct continuous market research to track competitor pricing, promotions, and distribution tactics, adjusting our strategy accordingly.
Relationship Stewardship: Foster high-trust, long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and corporate decision-makers.
3. Performance & Revenue Growth
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through aggressive prospecting and account management.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed sales and performance reports, providing management with actionable insights into market trends and sales velocity.
Negotiation Excellence: Lead pricing and contract negotiations to ensure profitable growth while maintaining competitive market positioning.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing or sales within the beverage industry.
Sector IQ: Specific experience in bulk bottled water supply (to schools, hotels, offices, etc.) is highly encouraged.
Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local market landscape and existing distribution networks.
Core Competencies
Negotiation Mastery: Ability to close high-value institutional contracts and manage complex distributor agreements.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage corporate clients and partners.
