Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Administration Manager to architect the support systems that keep our company running at peak efficiency. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of administrative professionals, serving as the "central nervous system" of the organization. You aren't just managing tasks; you are designing the procedures and policies that ensure every department has the support it needs to thrive. Requirements:
1. Process Architecture & Efficiency
Procedure Design: Plan and implement the most efficient administrative procedures across all departments, from procurement workflows to digital filing systems.
Operational Auditing: Actively discover and eliminate bottlenecks in daily support operations to reduce costs and save time.
Policy Governance: Serve as the custodian of departmental policies, ensuring all teams adhere to established operational standards.
2. Team Leadership & Multi-Departmental Support
Professional Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of administrative staff, providing the guidance needed to complete complex duties across diverse departments.
Resource Allocation: Oversee the distribution of office resources, supplies, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Inter-Departmental Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between departments to ensure administrative efforts are unified and goal-aligned.
3. Facility & Vendor Management
Facility Oversight: Supervise the maintenance of company premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
Vendor Relations: Manage contracts with external service providers, ensuring the company receives high-quality support at competitive rates.
Budgetary Control: Track administrative expenditures and develop strategies to optimize the operational budget.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Education: Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of core experience in an administrative management or senior support role.
Expertise: Deeply well-versed in designing and implementing departmental procedures and policies.
Core Competencies
Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team of professionals and drive collective results.
Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a "macro" view of company needs.
