Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications with a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
- NYSC completed (where applicable)
- Industry experience is an added advantage.
