• 5—8 years of experience in logistics or transportation management
• Experience in last-mile delivery or distribution networks
• Experience in agriculture or development projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning and route optimization
• Proficiency in logistics tracking systems and Excel
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory coordination
• Ability to analyze logistics performance data
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail and accountability
• Strong communication skills for managing field operations.
