Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end importation from M processes.
- Good knowledge of import procedures and customs regulations.
- Coordinate with clearing agents.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track cargo movement.
- Ensure compliance with customs, port, and regulatory requirements.
- Calculate import costs, duties, taxes.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, payments, and import documentation.
- Coordinate with finance department for duty payments.
- Resolve shipment delays, customs issues.
- Prepare import status reports and inventory arrival updates.
- Support procurement and warehouse teams for smooth material planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills and experience required:
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Good knowledge of inventory systems and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
