Job Description:

• We're seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation practice and courtroom advocacy, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters across various jurisdictions
• Conduct courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals
• Provide expert advice on litigation strategy and risk management
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4 - 7 years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice
• Strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with court procedures and rules
• Strong research and writing skills.
