Requirements:
- LL.B from a recognized institution
- Current membership with NBA.
- Minimum of 2 years post-call experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
- Sound understanding of industry regulations, corporate governance and Labor Laws
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation and compliance.
- Competence in handling litigation arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes.
