We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Barrister-at-Law (B.L) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years post-call experience, preferably with at least 2 years in the financial services sector.
• Membership of professional associations (e.g., Nigerian Bar Association,
• Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, or Compliance Institute of Nigeria) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge Of Nigerian financial laws and regulations, including those from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
• Experience with corporate governance, anti-money laundering (AML), and data protection laws (NDPR, GDPR knowledge is a plus).
