Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our growing team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to start or develop a career within a professional services and immigration consultancy environment.
- This is a fully remote role, and the successful candidate must be able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness at all times.
- The successful candidate will receive full training and will play a key supporting role in assisting clients with administrative processes, documentation, and day-to-day communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with administrative support relating to applications and documentation
- Guide clients on required documents and ensure submissions are complete and accurate
- Draft and respond to emails and handle client correspondence (including WhatsApp communication)
- Prepare and record minutes of meetings
- Maintain organised and up-to-date client records
- Support the team with general office and administrative tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in line with internal processes and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- A background in Law or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and work independently when required
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes quickly
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience is not required, as full training will be provided
- Experience in administrative, customer service, or office-based roles is beneficial
Other Requirements:
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable working in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision
Must have:
- A reliable internet connection
- Stable electricity supply
- A suitable home working setup.
Salary
