Job Description:

Our client, a dynamic leader in the Construction Industry, is seeking a high-caliber Project Architect to lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects. This is not just a "desk job"; it is a role for an architect who thrives both in the studio and on the field.

Your mission is to translate conceptual visions into precise 3D models and detailed blueprints, then step onto the construction site to ensure those designs are executed to perfection. If you have 3+ years of experience, a mastery of Revit and AutoCAD, and a proven track record of supervising active construction sites, we invite you to shape the skyline with us.

Requirements:

1. Concept Development & 3D Visualization

• Architectural Design: Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed proposals that balance aesthetic appeal with structural functionality.

• Technical Modeling: Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce high-precision layouts, elevations, and photorealistic renderings.

• Client Presentation: Prepare compelling design documentation and visual presentations for client reviews and regulatory approvals.

2. Technical Coordination & Feasibility

• Multidisciplinary Liaison: Collaborate closely with Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineers and Project Managers to ensure design feasibility.

• Material Specification: Stay updated on the latest construction materials and industry trends to recommend the best solutions for project longevity and cost-efficiency.

• Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve design discrepancies before they reach the construction phase.

3. On-Site Supervision & Quality Assurance

• Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of active construction sites to verify that the physical execution aligns perfectly with the approved design intent.

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all site activities adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and the firm’s quality standards.

• Progress Reporting: Document site progress and provide technical guidance to site supervisors and contractors to resolve real-time architectural challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in architectural design, specifically within a Construction or Real Estate firm.

• Field Competency: Must have hands-on experience supervising and working on active construction sites.

Core Competencies

• Software Mastery: High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).

• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to visualize spatial relationships and solve complex design-to-build challenges.

• Coordination Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining tight deadlines.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills for interacting with clients and site teams.
