We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with strong Project Management expertise to support the execution and supervision of a building project, with particular emphasis on finishing works.
• This is a 3-month contract role for a results-driven professional with extensive site experience and the ability to manage timelines, contractors, and quality standards effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all architectural and finishing works on site (tiling, screeding, painting, ceiling installation, façade detailing, fittings, etc.).
• Coordinate contractors, artisans, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Interpret and ensure strict adherence to architectural drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Enforce quality control and safety compliance standards.
• Prepare site reports and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in building construction, with strong expertise in finishing works.
• Proven Project Management experience in construction projects.
• Relevant professional certification and registration (e.g., ARCON or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of building materials, finishing standards, and site coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.
