Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrician to join our technical team. In a world increasingly dependent on stable power, success is defined by "Circuit Integrity", the ability to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems with surgical precision. This role is designed for a "Technical Apprentice", a professional looking to grow their hands-on experience by blending "Manual Grit" with the ability to interpret complex electrical diagrams under the supervision of a senior electrician.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Defect Electrical Installations and Safe System Maintenance." Operating across residential, commercial, or industrial settings, you will be the primary engine of support for our electrical infrastructure: responsible for wiring, conduit laying, and troubleshooting faults. If you possess "Safety-First Discipline," an analytical mind for reading technical drawings, and a drive to master the trade, we want you to drive our technical excellence.

Requirements:

1. Installation & Infrastructure Deployment

• Wiring & Conduit Orchestration: Assist in the physical laying of conduits and the pulling of wires through residential and industrial structures according to project blueprints.

• Fixture Integration: Install lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and distribution boards, ensuring all connections are secure and aesthetically aligned.

• Drawings Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical diagrams to ensure installations follow the engineered design accurately.

2. Maintenance & Diagnostic Support

• Troubleshooting Resilience: Support senior electricians in identifying and repairing electrical faults, utilizing multimeters and other diagnostic tools to trace circuit issues.

• Routine Inspections: Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or wear before they cause system failure.

• Tool Stewardship: Maintain all electrical tools and equipment in peak working condition, ensuring they are calibrated and safe for use at all times.

3. Safety Governance & Compliance

• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with safety standards and local electrical regulations to prevent fire hazards or injury.

• Risk Mitigation: Utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow "Lock-Out, Tag-Out" (LOTO) procedures during repairs to maintain a zero-incident workspace.

• Site Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized work area, especially when working in finished residential or commercial spaces.

Professional Profile

• Education: Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications (Trade Test, OND in Electrical Engineering, or similar vocational certification).

• Technical Mastery: Basic knowledge of electrical principles, wiring types, and common electrical components.
