Job Description:

We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our operations, ensuring that our hardware, software, and network systems are running at peak performance. Requirements:

• Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all first-line technical support regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

• Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and core IT infrastructure.

• Specialized Software Support: Manage and provide technical support for our logistics software, including tracking and warehouse management systems.

• System Monitoring & Continuity: Proactively monitor system performance to ensure minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve technical roadblocks promptly to maintain seamless business operations.

• Security & Data Integrity: Implement system updates, manage regular backups, and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive company data.

• Onboarding & User Support: Manage the onboarding process for new staff by setting up systems, user accounts, and access rights. Provide ongoing training and guidance on best practices.

• Asset Management: Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, keep an up-to-date asset inventory, and ensure system records are accurate.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar technical role.

• Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and network architecture.

• Troubleshooting: A diagnostic mindset with a track record of resolving technical issues efficiently.

• Security Awareness: Familiarity with system security best practices, backup procedures, and data protection standards.

• Operational Focus: Ability to manage IT infrastructure independently and ensure high system uptime.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
