Job Description:
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support to staff
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets
- Set up and configure new devices and workstations
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and general office applications
- Maintain documentation and follow IT best practices.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support (or equivalent knowledge)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, networking basics.
