Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Investment Administrator to manage and coordinate all investment-related activities within our tricycle financing scheme. This role is the operational backbone of the portfolio, ensuring that investor funds are accurately tracked, customer financing agreements are properly documented, and the overall administrative workflow remains efficient and transparent.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong financial mindset and the ability to manage complex records across multiple stakeholders, from individual investors to financed customers.

Requirements:

Investment Portfolio Management

  • Fund Tracking: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all investor contributions and tricycle financing agreements.

  • Payment Reconciliation: Track daily/weekly installment payments from customers and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts to maintain data integrity.

  • Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on investment performance, repayment trends, and outstanding balances for management review.

Administrative & Documentation Control

  • Customer Onboarding: Manage all documentation for customers under the financing scheme and liaise with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

  • Filing & Compliance: Ensure all financial documents and agreements are filed correctly to support audit processes and ensure full compliance with company policies.

  • Record Keeping: Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain high-level accuracy across extensive datasets and financing schedules.

Stakeholder Relations

  • Investor Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate updates on the status and performance of their investments.

  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the finance and operations departments to streamline payment collection and asset tracking.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administration, finance, or investment-related roles.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential for record-keeping and data reconciliation).

    • Familiarity with asset financing models or credit management is an advantage.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Accuracy: A high level of attention to detail with zero tolerance for record-keeping errors.

    • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage inquiries from investors and internal teams effectively.

    • Efficiency: Ability to work independently and manage multiple records in a fast-paced environment.
