INVENTORY OFFICER AT VDSC CONSULTING SERVICES

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for ingredients, packaging, and finished products.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage warehouse inventory and prepare detailed management reports.
• Oversee fuel purchases by drivers at the filling station, ensuring that evidence (e.g., meter reading photos, vehicle fuel level, and receipts) is provided.
• Perform bi-weekly and monthly inventory counts for bakery operations.
• Coordinate and oversee consumables distribution to retail stores.
• Ensure proper stock storage and organization in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Track incoming and outgoing inventory transactions and update records promptly.
• Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to manage timely stock replenishment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records proactively.
• Generate comprehensive inventory reports and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Implement best practices for inventory management to reduce waste and losses.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and storage requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
