This role is designed for a "Legal Architect" with 5+ years of experience who can blend "Forensic Grit" (ensuring the millimetric accuracy of petitions) with the "Strategic Agility" required to optimize caseload workflows and navigate high-stakes regulatory audits.

Requirements:

1. Case Orchestration & Legal Governance

• Petition Sovereignty: Direct the end-to-end case preparation process, ensuring that every application acts as a "Source of Accuracy" and complies with all relevant immigration laws.
