We are seeking a structurally elite and operationally rigorous HR Officer to anchor the talent immune system and policy-integrity engine of our organization. In a high-stakes professional landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the hiring-funnel and the precision of the compliance-filter success is defined by "People Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex labor laws with the clinical precision required for Talent Onboarding, Disciplinary Governance, and Performance-Management Architecture. This role is designed as an "Organizational Launchpad" a critical residency for an ambitious HR practitioner who can blend "Administrative Grit" (mastering the complexities of record-keeping and data compliance) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity HR Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Talent Sovereignty & Acquisition
Sovereignty of the Pipeline: Lead end-to-end recruitment (JD development, ads, hiring), acting as the primary "Source of Talent Throughput."
Onboarding Architecture: Create and implement high-fidelity onboarding plans, providing the "Structural Foundation" for rapid employee integration.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate EEO data and employee records, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Governance & Policy Architecture
Regulatory Sovereignty: Counsel employees/management on policies and procedures, acting as the primary "Source of Legal Risk-Mitigation."
Disciplinary Architecture: Manage grievance and disciplinary issues, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a fair and harmonious workplace.
Compliance Stewardship: Review employment conditions against labor laws, maintaining the "Source of Organizational Continuity."
3. Performance & People Development
Development Sovereignty: Develop training programs and assist in performance management processes, acting as the primary "Source of Employee-Growth Momentum."
Process Architecture: Utilize HR-Management Toolkits (HRMS) to streamline administrative tasks, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven decisions.
Velocity Logic: Utilize HR-Certification expertise to accelerate the "Onboarding-to-Productivity" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Workforce Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. / B.A. in Business Administration, Social Studies, or relevant field.
Certification: HR Certification (e.g., PHR) is a strong competitive advantage.
Experience: Foundation-level experience as an HR Officer or Administrator with a strong grasp of HR functions (pay, recruitment, training, labor law).
Technical Power: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools.
Aptitude: Outstanding organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate sensitive issues with discretion.
Mindset: Proactive, ethical, and ready to maintain "HR Sovereignty" in a fast-paced environment.
