Job Description:

We are seeking a strategically elite and operationally rigorous HR Officer to anchor the talent immune system and compensation engine of our organization. In a high-stakes professional landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of human-capital output and the precision of the reward-filter success is defined by "Talent Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex performance-appraisal frameworks with the clinical precision required for Salary Benchmarking, Succession Planning, and Human-Capital Analytics. This role is designed as a "Culture & Compensation Launchpad" a critical mission for an expert HR practitioner who can blend "HR Grit" (mastering the complexities of payroll and compliance) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Talent Development Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Performance & Talent Sovereignty

  • Sovereignty of Performance: Oversee the execution of performance processes (goal setting, appraisals), acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Alignment."

  • Talent Architecture: Assist in the design of succession planning and learning programs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term capability building.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate HR data, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Insight" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Compensation & Fiscal Logic

  • Reward Sovereignty: Administer payroll, benefits, and salary benchmarking, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal/Employee-Value Alignment."

  • Grading Architecture: Support job evaluation and compensation structure reviews, providing the "Functional Foundation" for fair and competitive pay.

  • Compliance Stewardship: Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Engagement Sovereignty: Execute employee engagement initiatives that drive culture and retention, acting as the primary "Source of Workforce Momentum."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize HR-Analytics Toolkits to generate reports that support executive decision-making, providing the "Relational Foundation" for high-level strategy.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize HR-Certification expertise to accelerate the "Onboarding-to-Performance" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Productivity Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum 2nd Class) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Certification: CIPM certification is a strong competitive advantage.

  • Experience: 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in HR, specifically with exposure to Talent Management and/or Compensation & Benefits.

  • Technical Power: Strong analytical capability, adept at HR reporting, and skilled in stakeholder management.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to navigate complex organizational policies with discretion.

  • Mindset: Proactive, empathetic, and ready to maintain "HR Sovereignty" in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Analytical Grit: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll, grading, or performance data.
