Job Description:

• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Address staff concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, provide feedback, and support employee growth.
• Training & Development: Organize training programs and initiatives to enhance staff skills and productivity.
• HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining updated employee records.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Work with the finance team to oversee salary processing, benefits, and staff incentives.
• Workplace Culture & Engagement: Promote a healthy workplace culture through employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Discipline & Grievance Handling: Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace grievances professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
